I knew it.
Also, the episode overall was pretty fun. I wouldn't mind that they use swords more often in the show, like they did with the dragons last season.
EDIT: Also tried searching for Shojo like Sam did in the show just for kicks. One of the first images that pops up is the same one they used in the episode.

They got the appearance of the Shojo wrong though, it's supposed to have a red face and hair, and more or less resemble an ape. I guess they figured making the monster look more like the girl from "The Ring" was better somehow...

I dont get why the japanese find pale girsl with black hair in white clothes so scary. Its like more than half jap horror movies have these girls.
Was literally dancing round my room in joy, when you know who appeared! [sp] i'm right here! [/sp]

I find them scary for no rational reason. They're so fucking creepy.
Anyway, I just got done re-watching the whole show which was really fun. I was expecting the later seasons to drop dramatically in quality but they're still decent enough (and the best humour).
Last episode was pretty good, we haven't seen much of the leviathans though which is a bad thing. Probably means that they're going to carry on over into the next season. I wish they'd just be dealt with already.
Last night's episode was pretty interesting. I mean, 7 years of hunting ghosts, and for the first time, we got to see what it's like on the other side.
Also, [sp]I think Van Ness was essentially absorbing the energy of the other ghosts, which was allowing him to be powerful enough to interact with objects, appear to people, etc. When the boys burned Van Ness while he was trying to absorb Bobby, he ended up getting sucked into Bobby instead, giving him all his powers, which is why he now has the power to become visible and interact with objects without straining himself.[/sp]
I've been watching through Season 5 for the first time (I'm trying to catch up) and I can say that the part where Dean tries to get Cas laid is just pure gold.
Tonight's episode was good. We're finally figuring out the Leviathan's master plan.
Plus Charlie was a really fun character. Too bad she's a one-episode only deal.
I'm loving the [sp]ghost Bobby[/sp] storyline.
Its like I'm watching 24.
Felicia Day in Supernatural. I would never have guessed that this would ever happen.
Anyone a bit surprised that Dick didn't have the building covered with anti demon/ghost mechanisms? For being his office I'd at least suspect some pentagrams and salt piles. I mean especially since Bobby was able to throw him around a bit. I guess it really doesn't matter though since Dick is pretty much invincible, but it's still funny that a ghost would be able to knock his shit. The leviathans are showing a bit of interest now with this artifact plot though.

Remember what Charlie said? "The big ones always need a special sword."
I think the tablet they found contains a clue to some kind of secret weapon against the Leviathans.

basically how charlie was "hacking"~~
I cringed surprisingly little. [scavenge password]
The War Games joke was good.

He probably isn't aware of the existence of ghosts, since ghosts don't go to purgatory. Plus how would he know about the ways to stop demons or ghosts anyway? He precedes them by a long shot.

That, and why would he care about ghosts and demons. They don't usually work with the Winchesters, and most of them are so scared of the Leviathans that they steer clear of Dick and his people.
Does go to show how weak Leviathans are, just that they're immortal. Just have an angry ghost per leviathan hold them in place forever.

But he knows everything Castiel knew so that isn't even a valid theory.
I just fear Dick pulls a Chekov's dick from his ass and owns [sp]Bobby.[/sp]
Though I suspect the bro's get the last laugh. They chain Dick to a convertible and put him through a car wash or some shit.
But he knows everything Castiel knew so that isn't even a valid theory.
Aside from being mindfucked now, I don't see why Castiel or another higher tiered being can't just rapestomp dick and throw him in a big pit of borax. I guess they'd rather wait until they can find a way to kill them for good. Regardless, I'm really digging the ancient middle eastern vibe from the artifact.
Because the Leviathans are very poorly written.
Dick would be the only real problem in a full on assault, but he could easily be stalled by a powerful angel/demon/ghost/witch/anything(but human) while others find out what the special sword is.
Crowley could easily help the boys with this by sending his generals to protect them while they slay Dick (okay that sounds terrible). You know writing is terrible when I pick up on how terrible it is.
That one witch guy in an episode knocked a leviathan out cold for several days. If Crowley and co tried then I'm sure the leviathans could be dealt with somewhat easily.
Heh, there was a thunderstorm announcement on my tv the instant he got struck by lighting. :v: Story seems to be picking up now. Looking forward to next week.
If angels were made after leviathans, why would God makes angels terrible against leviathans?

He used all his chemical X on the Leviathans?
Seriously though. All the Dick jokes. [sp] The Leviathan went and got Dick [/sp]
Maybe the second in command Leviathan will eat Dick.
I wonder if the leviathans can actually kill angels or if they'll just end up returning like cas.
[sp]It was funny when Cas was talking about what 'monkeys' were going to evolve. And he thought Neanderthals had beautiful poetry. Tho I'm not sure if he was joking or being serious[/sp]
He's high on life. Most likely the carpet has beautiful poetry according to him.

I'm fairly certain that [sp]God is the one who keeps bringing Castiel back[/sp]
I wasn't sure if that would be considered a spoiler, so I thought, better safe than sorry.
