Just finished watching. [sp]I'm wondering where the Dragons came from since they were supposed to be extinct for those 700 years.[/sp]
Does anyone else find themselves on Wikipedia after watching an episode?

[sp]I find the story is taking a turn towards Greek Mythology. I think Mother is Echidna because of the ties with dragons.[/sp]
I thought cthulhu would come out of that portal.

Haha I just past that part.
glad they didn't mess about for a few episodes with a [sp]will the brothers stop mother's summoning or won't they?[/sp]
I have no idea how this season will end. Last season was perfect
Awesome cliffhanger.
The episode was really great imo, seems like a huge drift from the quality of recent episodes.
Why didn't they show the [sp]dragon[/sp] dammit
It would probably look too fake and unbelievable
[editline]5th February 2011[/editline]
And it would have cost a lot
Why the hell did the "dragons" need so many virgins anyway? [sp] I mean in the end they only used one[/sp]

[sp]I assumed it was like how Lucifer jumped into another body because the one he had was dieing too quickly, that it was the same for the chick they brought out of Purgatory, that since she is incredibly powerful that she would probably burn through human bodies quickly, and have to jump to another one.[/sp]
Remember how the pagan gods ate people to survive? I think that's the same for mother only her diet is more restricted or they're feeding her her favorite meal
[sp]I didn't think the wall would be knocked down so fast.[/sp]
Fucking cliffhangers!

Indeed, they pulled that card a little bit early in my opinion.
Just finished watching Season 1.
Started off painfully slow but it picked up quite a bit towards the end, I really like it.
I just got a few disks of Season 2 from Netflix, can't wait to watch them.
If they can't show hell as being something more than a place of "my, this is going to be sort of painful after a while" they should stop showing it
Best part of last nights episode was [sp]when Sam collapsed and you see his time in the pit where it looked like Lucifer and Michael were burning him from the inside out.[/sp]
Soulless Sam was a fucking badass.
And the ending was great!
Soulless Sam is renegade shepard

I thought that was the worst part. It was closer to the classical definition of hell than the void that we saw when Dean went there, but it was still underwhelming.

The hell Dean went to and the hell Sam went to isn't the same place right?

Sam was in Lucifer's personal cage
Ok they really went too far in this episode.

While the episode itself was incredibly weak, it had some decent points, mostly at the end when Castiel finally showed up, and not many shows have episodes where the stars are playing their real-life selves.

True, but is has been 3 episodes since they started that "Mother of all" thing, and there hasn't been a word of that since.

That's been bugging me too, starting a story-arc and going nowhere with it is pointless, but from the looks of things, they will be pulling back into that soon.
I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire episode
seeing Dean on a soap opera was priceless
The funny thing is, Misha Collins is actually like that. They really didn't exaggerate how often he tweets
