Ok to make adding posts to highlights easier we should be able to rate posts (like suggested before) and mods can sort posts based on ther ratings therefore mods can choose whether or not they want to add posts to the highlights. There now mods don't get glossed with useless notifications like people said and there's also a form of quality control.

I'm confused about the whole system. Are you planning on manually adding threads to it? Or is there going to be some sort of system to do it automatically? Right now this doesn't seem to be the most efficient way to handle this.
