i didn't think it was very good at first , but after listening to it a few times i really like it now. i just hate that stupid voice he uses,
I haven't listened to him in years, but this is similar to what I remember listening to. I semi enjoyed the beat, and the lyrics are funny as ever.
I didn't like the beat at all for this one, too...shuffly?
It's in 6/8, that's probably why
The beat is alright, and the lyrics were pretty funny. It's just, that guitar hero scene, I hate it.
The rhythm was ridiculous and sounded like it was taken out of High School Musical. Then, he somehow crammed his lyrics into it and it just didn't sound good.
Jessica Simpson looks bigger. Also is it just me or does Eminem sound like a comedian?
I like that Alf shirt. Awww automerge isn't back?
sweet zombie jesus that sucked
It was okay, but it certainly was no The Marshall Mathers LP or Encore.
I'll have to say, if that is going to be an indication of how the rest of Relapse is going to sound, it's going to be horrible. I did not like it at all.
I don't think the new song is eminem-y enough. Not enough quirky lyrics from him - there's someone else singing. Mind you I was in the gym at the time so I could be talking about another song. Let me check it out again.
I don't like rap. I love metal and rock. But for some reason i really have a thing for eminem... its strange. I hope hes still got it :) (this is a compliment really, as it shows he is good enough to make me enjoy music from a genre I dislike. GO EMINEM! :D)
Jessica Simpson looks bigger. Also is it just me or does Eminem sound like a comedian?
Yeah, she's fatter.
Bill O'Reilly is pissed.
I don't think it's anything special, sounds very radio to me. No other way I can explain it.

Just realized Eminem kinda looks like Eric Forman in that Star Trek getup.
Wow, there are a lot of rap haters on here. Eminem is one of the few modern day rap people I'll listen too, the rest are pretty boring and predictable. 90's rap on the other hand; now that was some good shit!
90's rap on the other hand; now that was some good shit!
Truths.
We Made You is a pretty good song and Crack a Bottle was... Alright. But I don't think this can be considered a comeback. Eminem was never "good" he was more average and was just a guy who got his name out there. Although I will admit he does have some great songs.
The first singles off Eminem's albums are always the poppyier ones, they are nothing special but but are good tracks none the less. I'm interested to see what else he has in store on the new album.
I liked it and I don't even listen to rap that much.
Doesn't seem like Eminem for some reason. Having her sing in the song ruins it.
It means more that he has pop appeal, not that he's good (even if he is)
Hm I think the point is that h is good as well. Which is is/was. Stan is just beautiful.
I like his older shit.
If you compare this to his old wierdies like "The real Slim Shady" this is fucking horrible... I stopped listening to his crap after that "My Band" D12 album. Everything after that is monotone shit.
Hm I think the point is that h is good as well. Which is is/was. Stan is just beautiful.
Yeah but there are a lot of great rappers who don't appeal to people who don't like rap, and a lot of shitty rappers who do appeal to people who don't like rap Crossover appeal isn't the same thing as skill but when someone has both it's all the better
eminem is a joke now.
eminem is a joke now.
Beyond a couple more serious songs, is this not the staple work of the rapper though?
Beyond a couple more serious songs, is this not the staple work of the rapper though?
Not the rappers I like really, especially because I don't really like his serious songs too much. Lupe Fiasco and Kanye West are my two favorites :krad2:
