When someone mentions deliriants, the first thing that comes to mind are all the insane trip reports about Datura I've read on erowid. About half of them end up either in hospital or in a mental ward. Datura appears to be the most hardcore deliriant ever though.

I dont know why, but after i started to smoke weed and trip on acid i get way more emotional on sad relatable songs i listen to when im in the mood for them. Over time i decided to embrace it and i ended up liking it now. whenever i feel the need to let emotions out and just cry (typically night), id get high and go on a feel trip. The question i have is has anyone listened to any emotional or sad songs while tripping? Probably stupid as fuck, but Its time that i could use a big emotional release

The biggest issue with it is that it is impossible to dose responsibly because pods can be wildly different potencies. It also lasts 72 hours!

If you're experienced with psychs in general, 20-25mg is a perfectly fine starting dose. If you want to play it safe, 15mg, but honestly you don't need much precaution. Watch out for nausea though, make sure you're well fed and rested (although make sure to wait a good 3 hours after eating to dose)

Is taking 225ug of LSD while depressed a good idea? I'm on SSRIs and wondering how they'll interact (lexapro). I feel confident to trip, should I go ahead or is this maybe a bad idea? Maybe I should do 150ug instead?

Also, whilst it is nowhere near as bad as MDMA-induced depression, psychedelics do cause suicide Tuesday to a certain extent as well.

LSD and lexapro target a completely different bank of receptors? All the reading I've done suggests no interaction at all?

All the reading I've done suggests no interaction at all?[/QUOTE] They both fuck with the way your brain gets seratonin. Also SSRIs don't completely block LSD, they just weaken it. You'll still trip, but not as hard. Best way is to lower your dose a few days before and then cut it off the morning before the trip (assuming you take it at the morning opposed to night). This can be dangerous though cause SSRIs do have withdrawal symptoms. The reason you're taking it also might come out so I'd try to meditate and relax a lot beforehand and during.

i picked one of those supposed fly agarics out front and i am currently fan drying them. i'm still not sure if i actually want to try it out but i would rather have the opportunity to choose rather than have someone else take it from me

I used to prefer indica but eh, after having smoked sativa for months on end now its kinda difficult to enjoy the indica high 100%. makes me way too lethargic.

Salvia I'd recommend at least once. I've never been attacked by the geometric nazi ghosts personally, but I have seen friends who were and weren't. The wierdest thing happened to me last night. I smoked a blunt before bed and attempted to fall asleep. Well, i fell asleep for about an hour and woke up still groggy, and all of a sudden, i experienced the biggest "head rush" feeling ever, if i can even call it that. Words still cant correctly describe this feeling, but i will try my best to paint a picture. Out of nowhere, i feel an intense pressure on the top of my forehead. This pressure has no pain associated with it either, and while this is happening, i had the feeling of my head being not just pulled, but FORCED back and upwards like i was falling at terminal velocity, or some very fast speed. It was almost suffocating. This feeling was so intense that my legs would kick upwards and shake violently as its happening. The crazy thing is i was completely calm after it happened. It literally felt like a ghost hoisted me up and tried to fuck me:v:
