I'd say just go for a full tab the first time, you won't get tossed out of this reality or anything. Taking half a tab can still be fun, but it probably won't give you the full experience. Considering tabs vary greatly in strength it's hard to say for sure, but half a tab for me has usually been more like just a burst of energy and clarity from a stimulant, while a full tab is a lot more likely to get you the wonderful visual distortions

50mg = more like a lower dose of MDMA - or, if you're like me, you'll feel a 'bit weird' and nothing more 100-150mg = actual possibility of ego death, self-reflection, body highs, 'non-human' thought process

had a pretty bad bout of nausea when i came home from school in the afternoon today. i had chills and aches all over my body, stuffed nose, sore throat, headache, etc. for days prior too. Well me and my friends all put in for an 8 and smoked it, my nausea still pretty bad. fast forward 10 minutes later when the weed hit, my nausea, sore throat, chills, fatigue and other negative feelings was completely gone. like completely. no uncomfortable feeling or impending urge to throw up. all i felt was bliss. i even managed to eat a whole box of pizza and downed a cup of coffee when i came home :v: it turned out in the end i actually have the flu with the accompanied diarrhea, and my temp was 101 F. i had previously thought it was a cold. I still have to thank weed for completely removing most if all of my symptoms. i can say with confidence that isnt wise to smoke or pass blunts while this sick due to the passing of germs by mouth, but my friends were ok with it. i tried to minimize contact with my mouth and the blunts as well too

That vyvanse was a terrible idea, it killed my circulation and its fucking cold out today and apparently I'm still sick from last week In the same achey dizzy boat as you sourcegamer

Never lived up to the fun levels of other drugs (even weed). It's real potential for opiates withdrawal apparently, but that's no use to me personally.

It can be nice and provide its benefits in moderation, but don't fall for the "safe legal magic herb" marketing deal. You can very easily get addicted to it, and end up getting withdrawal symptoms if you take it too often. Also taking it on a regular basis can make it lose some of its magic over time. It's very overpriced at headshops, I'd just buy it online. At my local shop, I got an Oz of "Bali" whatever the fuck that means for $32, whereas a guy on reddit sent me 5 Ozs of 5 different types of good quality kratom plus a bag of x80 extract for $25. The effects vary widely as well, some kratom can give you an opiate-like sedation, whereas other types of kratom make you feel more mentally energized. It's almost like 1 level below weed in terms of getting high. I'd recommend getting a couple of different types of kratom to experiment with its range of effects. Generally, it goes something like this: Red = Sedation Green = Mixed effects (this is my favorite so far) White = Energetic, a bit more heady But yeah I've been taking it once or twice (varies) every day for about two weeks now (this is my only experience thus far with kratom) and I'm already noticing very light physical symptoms like excessive yawning and restless-leg-syndrome that appear if I haven't dosed. Also keeping your doses low and consistent will help keep your tolerance down, so I'd recommend having an accurate scale.
