How much Alprazolam do you think someone should take to loosen up before a social anxiety situation that has 0 tolerance and not sound like they're on something? ik some people react differently to dif doses, but this is a 1 time thing and i dont really have enough to try some beforehand (1mg) to see how that goes, so I wanna just get a decent dose idea/estimate for this 1 time thing. I'm about 150 lbs.

I'm starting to be convinced that melatonin is what causes dreams, especially since I found out it is a trypatamine. I've only ever had long intense dreams while taking it, even if I do shit that usually cancels out my dreams like smoking a lot of weed before bed.

Well I just smoked resin for the first time. Wouldn't recommend, I feel that pressure behind the eyes that comes with getting a high, and a slightly lightheaded feeling, but there is barely a high. It's not unpleasant, it's just barely better than being sober.

There are many kinds of resins just as there are many kinds of hashish. Some are extracted with butane, propane, some with CO2, and some extracts are known as "rosin" and are made using a large press and heated metal blocks to press the oil out of the leaves. I tend to prefer rosin over a CO2 oil because it tends to have a better taste and the high from CO2 oil is kinda like what you described in my opinion. It seemed stripped of some of the plant's oils, smoked, and tasted differently. I prefer a shatter-like extract typically done with butane rather than the flaky wet CO2 extracts I've gotten at local California dispensaries. It could be the method of extraction or the skill of the person doing the extractions, I've had some decent CO2 oil from other dispensaries that have looked totally different.

I was mostly thinking "wow if this is just Vicodin and it makes me feel so nice I can only imagine what higher stuff must feel like." Opioid/opiates scare me.
