The Addicts' Lounge IV - fast times at Ridgemont, high - General

Honestly using amphetamines for purely productive activities sounds like something I could manage "..like a shard god.." I already have a pretty strong aversion to "hard drugs" to the point where I refuse to take my antipsychotics for sleeping and only take them in really, really shitty situations with no other alternative. I rarely take painkillers, if ever. I once had a "when needed take this" pill prescribed that would immediately seize all anxiety, turn the volume down on distracting feelings and numb all bad feelings, basically making me a slightly above just alright emotionally. The doctors had given it some weird fucking brand name and it was produced in the local pharmacy, one of two in Denmark authorized to synthesize their own drugs. I never knew its class or actual function or the compound name. But one thing it also did was give me almost godlike stamina and incredible motivation and willpower, in a really hyperactive way. Everything in my room was spotless, everything was ordered meticulously and systematically, I constantly programmed, mostly small challenges my mother gave me, long before I got into making my first game, which out of pure shame I won't mention the name of. The willpower the drug induced actually also helped me manage it, was never "addicted" to it, never needed it really, took it for fun sometimes after faking a panic attack or something. Not sure what that shit was but it also made me walk my dog for tens of kilometers, making her very tired when she came home, very obedient and also lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle and bone. She became the buffiest BSD I have ever seen. Sadly she is dead now.

Am I the only one who finds the term 'Hard drugs' funny? It is such a subjective term; LSD and Cocaine are 'hard', yet alcohol and Adderall are not. Abuse of either will cause some organ(s) in your body to go haywire, or can spark an addiction/dependency. If anything, cigarettes are the real hard drug. Makes you irritable when not using them, and you cough up black shit in the morning; that's metal as fuck.

Reading that made me nose hungry for focalin :( haven't had a stim other than coffee in a few months now though! And doing better than ever for it I think it's worth mentioning that psychedelics are only easy to handle if you're not suppressing anything psychologically. But unearthing that stuff and dealing with it is like half the point of taking them in the first place

Definitely stay away if you got mental health issues or use any recreational drug regularly, chances are you'll have a hard time stopping. If you use it regularly you'll become majorly vdepressed and that's a hole that's hard to get out of without a lot of outside help.

Basically hammering down a strong caffeinated drink, two bags of gummy bears and smoke a stumped cigarette from yesterday, then basically huff that half joint you saved for tomorrow. I was tempted to try it, although I've only done weed before which doesn't really develop an addiction, so I'm a little bit scared, especially because I wouldn't have enough money to do it every week or so. Anyone had any experience? Would it work doing it just once or so?

According to someone I know who was(/is) really into it, it's hard to die from though, unlike heroin. Also NeverGoWest I keep forgetting to label you on Steam cause you keep changing your name lol.

It's also super-compulsive, so I'd recommend you get a small amount to start. Also be very careful with source, it's cut so so much usually. What're the main differences between acid and 1P-LSD? Trying to acquire the former, but have been offered the latter. Is that a good or bad shout?

They are essentially the same, though in my personal experience 1p experience is slightly shorter, maybe by 45-90 minutes

Personally I feel like Speed gets you higher than Coke does, it's a sharper high and lasts longer.
