the similarities between what people see in DMT trips has always been extremely interesting to me
What if DMT is the brain's equivalent of a printer's diagnostic function

wtf happened
So i've been given a script for dexamphetamine to treat my ADHD, and today was my first day. I fucken loved it. However, the side effects are a bit annoying. It's been 7 hours since my last dose and i'm still unable to sleep. Live and learn i guess. I've taken 50mg of DPH/benadryl to help me get to sleep, but it's going to take over half an hour to kick in. Nothing to do but kill time until i pass the fuck out. I've got to get up early tomorrow as well.

Jealous, they never give out Dexxies here anymore apparently. Well, based on the price to get some I think so at least.
wtf happened
i really dont know what it is about asmr but it fucking knocks my ass out. i could drink 6 cups of coffee and still get tired listening to it
also when im really high, asmr seems to be not as strong or intense vs when im sober, and whats even more weird is if i listen to it a lot, i seem to build up this sort of "asmr tolerance" that goes away after a few days of not listening to it
Anyone have any tips or experience with Nitrous whip-its? Friend is getting some and is offering.
Don't. Just don't. Every single time you do that, you kill brain cells. And I know that seems like kind of a stupid thing to say in this thread but trust me the high is not worth it. It is extremely short and pretty much just numbs your brain. However every single time you do that you get dumber. Noticeably dumber. This drug has ruined peoples lives and turned them into retards/zombies and even I had a phase with it, which I completely regret because I now feel slightly less cognizant. Just smoke weed or drink dude.

This isn't true at all. Nitrous oxide is considered to be the safest sedative used in dentistry (Becker & Rosenburg, 2008). While Van Amsterdam et. al (2015) did acknowledge there is a risk of vitamin B12 deficiency in heavy users, they also provided evidence that the this is only a concern for the slight minority of users, and can be managed with B12 supplements. Additionally, the addiction risk is mentioned to be near non-existent. Randhawa and Bodenham (2016) in a 2016 review of the existing research on the topic sums it up nicely,
In conclusion, in most people, inhalation of nitrous oxide gas from balloons produces little or no adverse effect. However, intense or chronic abuse can cause permanent neurological damage, while rebreathing in an enclosed space can cause hypoxia and asphyxial death.
Yeah they call it hippy crack for a reason. I fucken love doing nangs while tripping balls on LSD, or i'm busy rolling face on MDMA. It turns things up in the best way.
i feel like a noodle

if it is dxm, find some DXM-only syrup or some DXM-only gel pills and calculate your shit with this
http://dxm.darkridge.com/calc.html
[editline]25th May 2017[/editline]
tbh you can skip 1st plat but don't jump right into 3rd plat unless you have experience with dissociatives. even with that, 2nd plat is as high as you should start with IMO
avoid dxm w/acetaminophen. you seriously dont want liver failure
anyway, i tried some harlequin for my first time to see how high cbd feels like, and it actually is psychoactive which i wasnt expecting. the cbd completely eliminates any anxious thinking i have too which is fucking insane

how has meditation helped those of you who perform it routinely in the long run? I've tried it twice so far, just now and once a few weeks ago and it feels sort of nice. as soon as I open my eyes back up after meditating I feel so at ease, so calm and content with just being around. doesn't last very long tho until I'm back in my normal state of mind. does long term meditation introduce those benefits into your normal state of mind?

When you do it routinely it goes so far beyond just being calm. It can completely change your relationship with stimuli and thoughts. When you've learned how to clear your mind and focus on things such as sounds, emotional feelings, physical feelings, (and even thoughts but it's like trying to hold water) you can see so much deeper into the details of all these things and see how they interact and how you perceive them, all in a very visceral and direct way, not mediated by thoughts.
And the more you meditate, you start to pick up momentum like riding a bike and your normal mode of experience transforms, and with this comes many benefits such as being calmer, more curious, more creative, better able to handle situations that fill you with emotion, because you begin to recognize these things as they are happening.
Now this is all well and good and you can throw yourself into it willy nilly, but I highly, HIGHLY suggest you read the Mahasatipatthana Sutta, which is the core of the Buddha's teachings. It's no dogmatic doctrine or anything though, it's a model of how you might come to see the world after meditating regularly and really observing what it means to experience life, what the core problem is (suffering), where that comes from, and practical advice on what to do about it. And it's a fairly short text on its own, but it was written thousands of years ago so getting the most out of it requires interpretation and further reading
