Because Quiznos is possibly the most disgusting fucking sandwich shop in existence. Seriously, it's repulsive.
No shop that bad can possibly stay in buisness
Oh my god guys, how does mc donalds exist with burger king around?!?! Because some will prefer one company over the other.
They both suck go to a REAL DELI and get a REAL HOAGIE.
Holy shit, can you grasp the idea that if you didn't add lettuce or dressing the sub would be dry/taste of shit? Also, dude, calm down.
I just realized this is opinion
No shop that bad can possibly stay in buisness
Marketing.
Oh my god guys, how does mc donalds exist with burger king around?!?! Because some will prefer one company over the other.
McDonalds and Burger King have much more extensive menus than simply "subs"
McDonalds and Burger King have much more extensive menus than simply "subs"
You missed the point entirely.
I just realized this is opinion
I was pretty sure it was logic. No fluid = dry.
I dislike quiznos, last time I was there, I got a sub with salad dressing on it. Oh, I meant 'Honey Mustard sauce'.
I was pretty sure it was logic. No fluid = dry.
Depends on the sub. Like meatball marinara's from subway aren't dry also you said "taste of shit" which is opinion, I happen to like my subs without dressing
Alright. Let's say you were in a restaurant and tasted two steaks. You try the first one. It is very juicy and tender. You can tell it is a very good cut of meat. Then you taste the second steak, which has much more fat on it and it is very dry. Then you say, the first steak is clearly higher quali- LOL NO THAT'S YOUR OPINION LOL Subway drowns their subs in lettuce and dressings to balance out the average quality of the meat.
Er, two cuts of meat are incredibly different. Plus it also varies depending on cooking. You might as well just eat the loin then the shank. It's understanable when it comes to cuts of meat quality wise. but not two of the same things.
Subway tuna is good tuna.
You missed the point entirely.
No, I didn't. McDonalds and Burger King have very different menus beyond shakes, burgers and fries. Not to mention, their burgers taste entirely different and are made entirely different. You can't get that much variety in "cold cut subs" beyond one being higher quality than the other.
Subway sandwiches are much more fresh, and they're more common. Although Quiznos has good meat subs.

He was just using an example for people liking on food place over another, as to why they exist.

because Quiznos sucks?
Quzinos here closed down because no one went there at all.
subway is cheaper.
Marinara = sauce you are saying you don't get anything like mayo or vinegar on your sub?
I hate mayo The only condiments I can stand are ketchup and mustard, totally serious.
The first Quiznos I went into smelled like a sewage treatment plant. (That was only one of them though, but damn did that place reek.)
I hate mayo The only condiments I can stand are ketchup and mustard, totally serious.
Subway has some awesome Sweet Onion sauce.
Its been said but, they have the most annoying commercials I have ever heard, and thats why I go to subway than Quiznos.
Subway > Quiznos
The people at my subway know me so well, they sometimes give me free drinks and subs. and I've never been to Quiznos so I prefer Subway.
hahah you snipped the op. Glad i saved it, but i won't be a dick and post it i suppose.
This thread reminds me, has anyone tried the buffalo chicken sandwich at subway yet, and if so, is it as tasty as it sounds?
because subways are undergroud
This thread reminds me, has anyone tried the buffalo chicken sandwich at subway yet, and if so, is it as tasty as it sounds?
It's very good. I would go out and get it now but all the subways around me are closed.
I perfer subway. Not because of taste or anything because I think they taste about the same. But because there are several subways close to me, there are 2 subways close to the college, and they are cheap enough they don't kill my wallet when I eat there. I can drive 5 minutes and be at a subway from my house. I can drive 2 minutes and be at a subway from the college. The nearest quiznos from here is about 20 minutes, and about 30-45 minutes from the college. The meat quality is based on opinion, and the amount of meat/veggies you get on a sandwich depends on who makes it regardless of company. I have gotten both skimpy, and full packed subs from both companies. I actually eat at subway 2-3 times a week while the schools in session, a cold sandwich is much more refreshing than a hot one when your wrenching in a garage that's 100 degrees. I usually just get the BLT when I go, with lots of veggies.
