Never heard or seen a Quiznos where I live but I love Subway. Never had a shitty sub there and I go there regularly. I like how they make sure they customise your sub and that seems to be everybody's complaint about Quiznos apart from OP (you sure you're not going to subway instead?)and they never lather my sub up with vegetables, I get what I ask for and get a great amount of meat for what I order, I'm not sure how to critique the quality of the meat but it doesn't taste stringy or have me chew cartilage so the quality isn't on McD's par! The bread's nice too, and not that horrible hard stuff someone said was better in a previous post.

Quiznos makes me shit like a motherfucker.

To be honest, I go to Quiznos if I want a hot sub with a ton of meat and spices on it, and I go to Subway when I want an actual sandwich.

I think whoever did the editing for that video made it out to be as crap as possible. The other one was a lot better. It did look whoever did advertising for Quisnos just discovered Adobe Flash. Potebellies blows away anything any day. They make their own fresh bread, have some of the best fucking meat I have ever tasted, and have all sorts of specialty sodas I can't find anywhere else. The inside is inviting, and the workers are very nice.

You can't change the meat or add other meats without it costing extra, but we can do whatever-the-fuck-you-want with vegetables and sauce unless it's off the value-menu (Choose 2 for $6, $5 large/med/small)

Never been to either. Want to go to subway though.
