Saw it with a group of friends and thought it was pretty funny. Then again, I barely watched any Family Guy or whatever else the guy made.
lion king its good movie, but umm... yeah.
Inception. Jesus christ is that over rated.
more like over analysed. It wasn't that complex at all, yet people make it out like some kind of David Lynch extravaganza.
It's great if you treat it like a sci-fi action movie, rather than a mind fuck movie.
I just hate how everyone overrates the fuck out of Heath Ledger's performance in The Dark Knight.
What, his performance was genuinely great, not the greatest acting of all time but Ledger really hit that iteration of the Joker fantastically.
more like over analysed. It wasn't that complex at all, yet people make it out like some kind of David Lynch extravaganza.
This. So many think that the movie is "SO CONFUSING!" and "UBER MINDFUCK, DOOD!" when it's not trying to be. The ending shot isn't saying, "Oh man, was it real?", it's saying, "Hey, it doesn't matter whether it's real or not." Really Inception was a movie about movies. Think about it. Every once in a while a bunch of us gather together, get comfortable, and, through the use of a special technology, share the fantasy story envisioned by one man. Sure, lots of work has to be done by others to design the environments, outfits, etc., and certain people have to act like they're people they're not, and sometimes there are complications, but at the end we see a story unfold according to one man's (or woman's) vision: the director. We, the audience, know for a fact that what we're seeing is not real. That doesn't mean we can't connect to it. That is what Inception is about.
The Expendables. I seriously cannot sit through this picture. I find it so incredibly boring it's not even funny.
