Sennheiser HD 202 ii. Got them just a week ago and I'm in love with them. So glad I picked them over the Porta Pros.
Yea I had those before, they were my last pair. they were really good lasted ages, was just wondering if there's some better alternative but I might get another pair.
Even buying betamax would be better than buying MP3s.
I like supporting artists though -- and last time I got music through some other method, my PC was hit with a crapload of viruses. Never again. Yeah, there are better places out there or whatever persuasion you can try to force on me, but I am not going to do that thing. You can disagree and I respect you for that, but this is my money and my decision alone.
and no, I will not pay subscription/stream music.
if you get viruses from downloading music that's on you. There are much better ways to support a band than MP3 releases, like going to see them live, buying shirts, vinyl, what have you, where both parties benefit. You get your music free, the artist still gets a sale which doesn't go through itunes or amazon (both take around 33% of all profits) or even their record label (which takes 50-90% of profits)

I hate the thought of paying for digital music, if you're paying you might as well buy a CD or Vinyl. If I want to support a band/artist I usually buy their CD.

happy 100 please die
music isn't even expensive if you have a job you can easily afford to buy an album a month
Some professional advice here kids take note.
note that if you buy a CD or Vinyl, in all honestly, the artist OFTEN makes less money, ultimately, than he would from an MP3 release, due to the overhead involved.
If you're paying $30 for it, then they might be making something, or if there is no label involved whatsoever.
