D Sharp Standard, meaning the root of the tuning is D# (tho you should call it 1/2 step down tuning):
E -> 1/2 = D#
B -> 1/2 = A#
G -> 1/2 = F#
D -> 1/2 = C#
A -> 1/2 = G#
E -> 1/2 = D#
idk what A standard is but i think he meant just tuning your lower E string down to A
