Over-saturation isn't a good way to sell records or get them noticed tbh.
if anything it makes me doubt how good it is. If you're making several albums a year there's no way they'll be as good as if you made one every year or two.

yeah jandek's only done two interviews and only sparsely does live shows compared to other artists. nothing much is known about his life, and not like in a residents way where he wears a mask and builds an elaborate mythology or something. he's really not looking for attention at all. his music's so crazy and solipsistic in the ideas anyway that even if he had his songs playing on all the hot radio stations out here, people would obviously just be turned off from it and I think he knows that.
