If you want a lighter trip, try 600 or so. You may not even have anything happen though, depending on your body and weight, and could just end up with horrible body feels. If you want a kinda similar experience, just more pleasant, do 300/300 DPH/DXM. If you want it more del-like, do 4-500/300. Something really cool was 300/200 DPH/DXM, it was actually more enjoyable than some higher dose trips.
If I were going to use pure DPH, like 500mg or so (I'm 210 lb) how long would I be obviously drugged for?
You would look tired as fuck, feel horrid and not be able to go to sleep. You're pretty heavy, so you would need AT LEAST 700mg to actually trip, maybe even more.
I honestly wouldn't recommend this drug to anyone - I still have HPPD and had severe fear of derealization (discovering that nothing was real) for weeks after my second or third drug-induced schizophrenic episode (since that is what it pretty much is) and my psyche has never quite recovered.
I still doubt my sanity because I discovered how thin the line between sane and insane is. I have no confidence in my intellect or rational ability anymore.
It's hard as hell on your liver to process, and aside from discovering what insanity is like (which isn't that valuable), it doesn't accomplish a hell of a lot.
You can turn stoves on without realizing it (I did, thinking I was making sure they were 'off') and set lit cigarettes anywhere, and then forget about it.
It's a big fire/injury hazard without a sitter, and has so many ways that can go wrong with you ending up under 72 hour lockup/observation because you were unable to explain why you were in such a disturbed mental state.

yea dph is more of a thing that makes you appreciate not being on it. unless youre on of those people that like the fear..id say 300/150 DXM/Dph is the highest Id want to do. I dont even wanna imagine what 500+ dph would be like, let alone with out some dissociation to take the edge off.

I use this stuff to clear my sinuses and help me sleep. Ever since I did DXM, I refuse using OTC medicines to get me high. I just don't understand how you can have a good time with these sorts of drugs.

You probably had a panic attack, learn how to trip comfortably, then you can enjoy it. Also DXM isn't the same as DPH
