I would always pop a Tylenol sleep aid when I tripped on something that'd make me itch. It's just Benadryl.

Benadryl can be used as a sleep aid but it's a great way to lose your short term memory if you use it too much.

I've done DPH before multiple nights in a row... Would it be safe to assume my liver has imploded multiple times?
I wish I remembered more of the shit I saw from my 1000mg trip, all I remember is seeing a fat cop in a red cap using my computer and one scene from Howl's Moving Castle, I heard all the audio but the screen was frozen (which freaked me out because I thought Sophie was going to come out of the screen), and the spiders but that's every trip

Be prepared because you'll be seeing spiders, millipedes, stinkbugs, etc. Expect bugs but also maybe some other interesting shit like inanimate objects talking to each other and more.
I've done DPH several times, and spiders/insects were not a problem for me, unless I was looking for them. For me the only scary part of the trip (aside from the all-permeating paranoia) was darkness. The less light in a room/hallway, the more my mind created terrifying beasties and other scary things to populate it.
I honestly enjoyed all of the scary shit I saw up until I wiped my face and noticed a thick layer of dead spiders on my palm.
nothing scared me except when i saw a cop use my computer but i still dont like feeling like a layer of bugs are permeating through my vision
So I ended up taking 700mg the day after I took 500mg but I passed out before it kicked in. I woke up so disoriented and confused and just plain ol' shitty. Waste of an initiation to the 700 club.
4 hrs after taking 400mb. feel like my barin is cumming. dont understand the fear aspect of it. maybe soon. watching last 6 spidoes of eva. volume alternates with my pulse. same with pitch. very nice

To really feel the delirium effect, you'll need quite a bit more. Probably around 6-700mg for a breakthrough dose.

about 10 hours later things are beginning to pop in and out, move side to side in my peripheral like they're trying to get my attention. trees are moving violently and growing. pointed a laser at them and it stopped. wasn't scared, just wanted to see if it worked,.
