Re-mentioning it cause I honestly want crit on this. I don't normally do black and white. I did this as sorta a fun test to begin but im guessing I should do some black and white studies from life prob as a next step. (should have been a before step but this is more fun :v:) So any tips based on this for that too?

These are awesome. Some perspective issues here and there - the vase in the flower painting I guess. The lines parallel to the edges of the sink get a bit wonky to the right. Very nice anyway.

The light on the bottom doesn't seem to have enough of an effect on the gem- I think the bottom should be brighter and the top much darker. Since there is only one light source (?) everything in the unlit section should be darker than the darkest part of the lit section. This is probably a personal preference of mine but I'd show the whole gem to convey symmetry.
I honestly can not put my finger on whats making the perspective seem weird on the sink one... i hate perspective cause the tiniest imperfection can throw the whole thing off

All the angles are different. The whole bench gets wider and curvier the closer it gets to us as well. (not that getting wider is wrong as it's closer, but together with getting more curved it just look fisheye'd)
I'd recommending putting up the perspective points based on what you've already got there to find out just how off it is.

Thanks, I sorta tried to add a secondary light sorce (something like a soft natural light just from above right to balance and define a little but it obviously didn't come through very well. I was thinking that cause gems are transparent it would sort of light up the whole thing sorta as well, hence the top not being as dark, but yeah now you mention it at least a bit more contrast would benefit a lot.
hurrhurr my lines looked less off when I didn't outline them, although a bit. Guess I should check that next time :v:
