I take showers when I procrastinate. My record is four in a row.
Better than me. I procrastinate on taking showers.
to procrastinate, I just write things but then I get bored and just stop randomly in the middle of a sente
Oh no! My printer can't properly access my wireless network. Either I will have to work from my computer screen or... cease doing work until it fixes itself! Guess which one I'm choosing.
Writing a paper is like passing a mental kidney stone.
See on the one hand i want to say go for it beacuse a typically good monitor will run you 200, a 120hz monitor is glorious and good for that price. But on the other hand, no income. The responsible thing would be to not buy it.
I got until the end of the week for the sale anyway, I'll have followed up with those job applications by then If I get one of them I'll pull the trigger on the monitor
Writing a paper is like passing a mental kidney stone.
Holy shit I'm not the only one Gotta get it done by thurs. And even then I'm turning it in a week late :v: Good news is I only lose 5% of the total grade on that paper for it being late so... acceptable loss.
I have successfully studied... (drumroll) the first week of content (tsh!). In two hours. Five more to go; it's all uphill from here!
I always end up typing my papers in one day. And I get distracted by the Internet along the way consistently throughout, too.
All of my papers are finished 3:00 A.M. on the night they're due. No gatdam exceptions :v:
I wrote my papers at the last minute, never studied, and generally just wouldn't show up if the day wasn't "necessary" in the end.
I once studied for a psychology exam on Freud by watching a slideshow and then walked in, slumped in the chair and wrote about how wrong he was. I passed first time.

I don't do a lot of the readings for some classes as our professors powerpoints usually extrapolate enough info that i just scan through them a few mins before class.
What you studying?
I mean for classes in general not just my major courses. I'm going to school for information science and technology. But for my intro class it's the same old story/common sense/enterprise lingo. Oddly enough though i'm picking up psychology very well, always liked it never had an actual class in it until now. Then again it's not exactly a rather indepth pysch class. It dabbles more in philosophy than science at times.
Then again it's not exactly a rather indepth pysch class. It dabbles more in philosophy than science at times.
I think that's because psychology is still a fairly new field and there's still quite a bit that's still very based upon philosophy. On a related note, I kind of wished that psychology wasn't a very saturated field. I feel like I want to major in psychology because being a clinical psychologist would be something I think I would enjoy, but it seems to almost be a blow-off major, to be honest. Especially considering some of the people taking it... guess I'm sticking with engineering then :v:
Well not that it's new, just that developments in it were/are very slow and in recent years, have somewhat sped up (on a scientific level). The human mind and brain still elude us beyond comprehension. Ironic, no? We can't fathom our own minds.
Psychology was mostly people making pet theories up until the 20th century when it became more of a science. I think they still have a while to go before making a whole unifying theory of psychology, but it's most likely to be a heavy combination of cognitive and biological schools. (Behaviourism is mostly dead, and Psychoanalysis/Humanism are both laughable). What I do know at least, is that a fair deal of behaviours are adaptations from the Pleistocene, and that culture only really started to have a big impact on behaviour within the Anthropocene.

That's five Googles in two sentences. However now I get to use Alliteration: Silly Sobotnik. I feel better.
Fucking hell. I've gained 5 pounds in 3 months. Yay for being a fat fuck
Fucking hell. I've gained 5 pounds in 3 months. Yay for being a fat fuck
JESUS CHRIST SLOW DOWN ON THAT WEIGHT GAIN YOU MIGHT GET DIABETES or do 20 sit ups each night and burn that off in no time
JESUS CHRIST SLOW DOWN ON THAT WEIGHT GAIN YOU MIGHT GET DIABETES or do 20 sit ups each night and burn that off in no time
lots of cardio would be better

Wait no i think that's functionalism. I should pull my notes out.
The case of White v Bluett
Bluett promised his son White that he would not sue his son for an outstanding debt if the son promised “not to bore his father” with the complaint that he had been treated more harshly than his brothers. Bluett died and the executors of his estate sued White for the debt.
This is a defining case in contract law. Law is hilarious everyone.
I once studied for a psychology exam on Freud by watching a slideshow and then walked in, slumped in the chair and wrote about how wrong he was. I passed first time.
this is more sad than it is funny :/
Looks like I might have to sell the strat I just got few weeks ago and my amp to make up enough money to help pay the car payment this month since we need the money now and I'm having trouble finding a job currently. At least I can return the strat and get the full amount I paid for it back since it's still under the return policy, and I'll still have my old guitar and an interface for my computer to play on.
I'll still have my old guitar and an interface for my computer to play on.
Record something and post it.
