JESUS CHRIST SLOW DOWN ON THAT WEIGHT GAIN YOU MIGHT GET DIABETES
or do 20 sit ups each night and burn that off in no time
Cardio is much more efficient, running burns around 100 calories every mile ran, jump rope and swimming burn even more. You would only burn 3-4 calories with sit ups by doing them with vigorous effort per minute, good luck doing that for nearly an hour.
Swimming is literally the best cardio ever.
And quite possibly the best work out since you don't even feel like you are exercising.
I love going for a swim after lifting, don't smell bad and feel refreshed.

until you wake up the next morning if you don't do it often enough.

w-wha?
i've lost 5 pounds in a week before, and gained 3 the next. is the speed at which you gain/lose weight relevant to diabetes or something?
i'm scared.
I hate the benefits office :I
Every time I got there to get something done someone tells me one thing and someone else tells me something different.

The jobcentre is a load of shit as well, they really do have a habit of making you feel like scum because you're unemployed, I really would like to get some form of housing benefit so I don't have to deal with my stepdad, but I really don't want to be stigmatised.
Isn't behaviorism the latest stage?
Wait no i think that's functionalism. I should pull my notes out.
Na, behaviourism is the school of thought in the early 20th century. Basically holding that all humans were a blank slate at birth and all behaviours are learned.
It sort of fell apart during the 1960s when the cognitive revolution came along.

And I get distracted by the Internet along the way consistently throughout, too.
I think I write better papers/essays last minute than when I plan it out.

Someone on a nearby street threw out a portable projector with built-in tube amp, an external speaker for it and a retro 240 -> 110v power supply.

the serial number leads me to think it was made 1931 - 1940.
lots of cardio would be better
Do what I've been doing. Accoridng to my treadmill at the gym I burn more calories doing this and its less grueling
Warm up for 2-3 minutes at a fast walking pace or whatever. Followed by 1 full minute of maximum endurance stuff (aka full on sprint up an incline), followed by 4 minutes of "rest" (walking). Repeat x3 or x4, total time 15-20 minutes. At my weight (190) I supposidly burn around 150-200cals depending on how long I do it for, while regular jogging will get me only 100-150 burned.
I wish I could motivate myself to work out again. I finally started a regular workout plan for a few months at the start of the school year, ended up sitting around the house after I had my wisdom teeth out, and now just can't motivate myself to go back to the gym.
I went back once, but I ended up huffing and puffing my way through it all because I hadn't been in a while.

I usually ended up over-thinking everything when I tried to plan everything out, so I end up doing the same thing.
I have a huge fuckoff WWII mobile field cinema projector at home. the engine is burnt out though but if I ever fix that thing... It used to run until some 10 years ago, I even have film for it and my ecpertise from working at film production

[editline]16th April 2013[/editline]
I assume you're applying for music or something? they'll ask about the music you do
if you're applying for music they'll probably at minimum definitely require an audition and possibly ask you questions dealing with theory
Well it's for a music technology degree so it's more about the production and studio engineering side of things rather than theory.
Oh.
well for the places I auditioned to for performance (not that I really want to definitely do that, just if I had nothing else) I had to do theory and sight reading as well as playing a pretty difficult piece.

Question for everyone here. How did you all become comfortable with your sexuality? As of the past few days I have been seriously doubting mine, after I thought I was comfortable with being bi, I have now gone back to thinking, maybe I am straight after all. It is really confusing and it is causing me a bit of stress.
