Nope, I've seen videos of ball lightning. What we saw was different.
This is somewhat off-topic, but here is the reason why I think we are exist:
Billions of years ago, alien scientists were bored or something and decided to create a planet to see if it could sustain life...
Even further off-topic:
Which brings us on to the question, what is beyond the Universe? What was before the Universe? What will happen after the Universe ends?
I'm one for the theory that when the universe implodes, it creates the energy to form a new universe, and this cycle continues ad infinitum.
But it still doesn't explain what is beyond the Universe, and I don't think we will ever understand, it is far too complex, and maybe we shouldn't find out, because it kind of defeats the object of 'life' (I use the term loosely) because when we know everything, there is nothing left for us to learn.
My head hurts.
Look up M-Theory. It has some ideas on what you're looking for.
Also, I think that it's possible that aliens know that we exist, and made sol a kind of wildlife reserve.
What would really suck is if some rouge Von Neumann machine swarm decided our solar system looked tasty

Why haven't we saw them then?
We can see other galaxies yet we can see alien craft?
And what would they achieve by making us a wildlife reserve?
The universe is probably like the internet, except you need strong technology to switch from website to another.
So basically, people from 4chan would think that that the whole universe must be like 4chan in order for anon to live.
And, obviously, there is much more than the internets, it's just very hard to get.
Proove me wrong.
I like to think there is something out there, kind of sad if it's just us, really. :(
There were never UFOs, it's nonsense to think that aliens would ever just come to earth and fly over New Mexico and leave.
Sure, there are Aliens, but they don't come to earth.
While I do believe there's life out there, statistics make it a fact. I don't believe they've visited earth. Unless they're life within 100 Lightyears of us then nobody really knows we exist. Our radio and TV signals have been travelling for 100 years or so but who knows if they've been picked up yet?
UFOs are a great way to detract public attention from new technologies that the army are testing so that's why there's a spike in sightings in the years leading up to public revelation of a new plane. I do genuinley believe there's intelligent life out there, but as I said, it hasn't visited Earth yet. If they had, we'd have some more solid evidence since so many people in the world are armed with cameras and we've had no 100% convincing films to date.

I have a better idea - say that all the witness who witnessed these alone (those who live in small villages, for example) are crazy and were hallucinating. In case if thousands of people saw the same thing and many of them have photographic and video evidence - call it a weather ballon, even though weather ballons don't emit powerfull light, move with huge speeds and change direction very fast which is impossible for any currently known aircrafts. In case if some people had cameras powerful enough to capture the shape of these objects (it's rare to have cameras like this - they're usually owned by professional photographers) call these photos faked. Also calling Udentified Flying Objects which have no releation with aliens at all 'alien ships', to disencourage research of what these udentified objects might be.
all of the aliens are on mars
they're just underground
I've seen a UFO, as in an unidentified flying object, not necessarily aliens. I have no idea what it was, but I was lying in a tent with just netting for a roof and a shitload of lights flew over, really close to the ground.
My friends saw the same thing. I'm also trying to point out that UFO means Unidentified flying object and not flying saucers or alien space ships. Personally, I think it's the military testing it's new technologies, as my friends witnessed this near a military base with a huge airport. Considering the size of the universe that we can observe and the probability of intelligent life anywhere relatively near to us, I doubt aliens have ever or will ever visit our planet.
Only thing I've seen from space was Haley's comet. Other than that, not much. Aliens on earth is a load of crap, besides Al Gore's housekeepers.
A UFO is simply an unidentified flying object. It could be anything. Those in the OP are UFO's, since we don't know what they are. I am confident that aliens are real. I mean, come on. The amount of space and planets we have, it's ignorant to think that there ISN'T any other life out there.
And I fucking HATE the theory that people come up with saying it's uninhabitable. Just because WE can't live there, doesn't mean OTHER things can't. Fucking ignorant and stupid excuse if you ask me.
I doubt Aliens would hold any interest in us. We're not united as a race and we still systematically kill our own because of the skin color and difference in religion and opinion. We would appear like barbarians to advanced civilizations.

there are aliens coming into the U.S. all the time
Don't think anyone have ever seen a UFO/Alien, but they might very well exist somewhere.
There is no such thing as UFO'S
UFO = Unidentified Flying Object
If it is an object which is flying and cannot be identified, it is a UFO. And there are UFOs on record.

I wish Xen exists somewhere
I know nothing about them. What I do know is they need to stay the fuck away from my anus
I would believe in them but my only problem is how come every picture with this 'evidence' in is blurry? makes no sense considering the tech we have now
What is life?
I'm tired of people trying to think rationally and use morals. Logic and moral thinking together produces a logical fallacy.

It deppens on what you consider as something.
Maybe we live in a microscopic universe and UFO's are "Bigger beings" nanobots.
???
Because humans have the bad habit of assuming everything was made in their image (I blame religion). We are useless pathetic organic machines with an electrochemical control center giving us the illusion of free will, while we actually respond to various triggers with preprogrammed actions. Granted, we are smarter than the rest of the beings on earth. But that doesn't make us any less pathetic.
Why should I believe you, AlienCreature ?
