Oh.
Well decide on a style. If you're going for the Photoshop painting look, then start detailing the layer with the color on it. If not, then refine the line art and start coloring afterwards.
Or if you prefer, continue to draw the more detailed version above the lineart. Whichever you prefer.

So how long do these usually take you, and what techniques are you using to make them?
That one took around 8 hours I think, maybe 7 with a live model in class. As for technique, I don't have a specific technique with oil paints yet, I'm still experimenting. For now what's changed is I'm trying to render a lot more, and get more details and softening out unnecessary hard edges.

Nice, it shows. So how long have you been painting?
With oils? I'm not sure, I think around a year or so, but very sparsely/rarely. Only on assignments and personal commissions with models if requested.
