Photoshop perspective tips? For example I want to make a line between 2 points and then extend that line. Any help here?
answer asap please! :((((((((((((((
answer asap please! :((((((((((((((
What do you mean? A line between 2 points can be made with the line tool and you can extend it with the same tool. I don't know what you want lol.
What do you mean? A line between 2 points can be made with the line tool and you can extend it with the same tool. Sorry I am kind of a noob that can't explain things :((((((((((((((((((
So pretty sure I'm done with this (for now), settled on a logo color scheme that I really feel fits myself and works with the logo B&W: As a bonus I tried what it would be like to have the logo be a clipping mask for a token background pic of a treeline/mountain scape. I think it sucks for the logo but I might use the idea for some kind of picture or illustraition involving the icon:
Glad to see you simplified it a lot. Looks much much better now. I would still take away those exterior lines, but it works decent with them.

When done just shrink the canvas down to the square's size. [editline]28th April 2011[/editline]
Glad to see you simplified it a lot. Looks much much better now. My instructor is pretty much useless for critique on these things, she didn't see anything wrong with my first version (I liked the idea but knew I'd get better crituqe and outside perspective here). This is her personal logo, for reference: Color version is exactly the same, except the sphere is blue.

I poem I wrote during my one day in school suspension The Curious Time by Sean Martin Time is such a curious foe causing so much stress and woe The second hand ticks and tocks on all sorts of sinister clocks. You think back on events so basted you think back on time so wasted Five seconds into until the future unknown events upon the user. Inspiration nearly botched while I stare at my pocket watch.
Are you one of those bad boys that always cause trouble but have a soft inner side? IS THERE SOME GIRL OUT THERE THAT IS GOING TO SHOW THE WORLD YOUR GOOD SIDE?
Just practicing n stuff [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/P5Pos.png[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/CAGE4.png[/img_thumb]
Those quick studies are nicely done, reminds me of my older technique used in charcoal drawing. You should try to set a hierarchy of value when it comes to these practices and your use of white charcoal. Like for example, the white used on the cheek and the highlight on the nose are the same value somewhat, so it puts them on the same level. The nose's highlight should be stronger to push it further out in front of the cheek. Same goes for the nose on the top right, the two flicks of white are about too similar in value and you should try to give them a more varying value. Another more important thing is you shouldn't ignore shading the white of the eyes. Right now they're a bit flat and don't recede into the eye socket because you didn't shade them well enough to convey a 3d sphere shape, and tone them darker to show that they are back behind an eye socket, at least around the edges of the eye.
