Try to use some hard brushes and look up some refrences on clouds so you're not just guessing what you're drawing. Copying photographs of clouds would help u understand them some more

I was trying to see if it would be closer to a brushstroke (with the individual lines and bits of paint from the bristles and whatnot).

maybe push the mech a bit more back distance wise so there's more visible of it. so you can show a bit of the arms and stuff so it wont get confused with optimus prime (that's what i did)

the main problem i have is that if i push it back, the body will be too small and i won't be able to fit anything inside it

why would you put the cargo loader standing menacingly over her what, was the guy in that suit the real villain pulling all of the strings?

i have no idea but i feel like adding in the queen alien takes all the threat away from the mech, as the mech is standing over the queen too and the alien's menacing-ness takes away the mech's daunting pose [img]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1482927/Posters/aliens.png[/img] idk
