Good job on pushing the neck back in comparison to the chest. Face should be slightly darker as well since it's in shadow of the hood. Top of the hood would be a lot brighter in value with the shoulders of the hood. Not enough local value separation of the jacket/hoodie with skin tone value, they are too similar, doesn't give for good composition. Some more structure to the mask would help as well, it looks flat and as if it's crushing the nose, seeing as the nose should be coming outward but there is no indication of that on the mask in terms of shading. Gradiation on the bottom to up with the dark to light is too steep, and makes the piece look a bit too flat and artificial. Also, really tiny right arm.

No prob. Also I wanna see you try drawing some more females as well. Getting better at drawing things reference less, you need to be able to study things you haven't drawn a lot of before, such as abstract shapes, photo study of an upside down character, chairs, or in your case, more females.

This is awesome but the dogtags seem very small. Compare them to the eyes, they're the same size if not smaller. That's some tiny dogtags.

Looks really good. Water is excellent, brick texture is cool but doesn't match the style of everything else. Some of your perspective lines are off (closest house on left for example), and the seams between the brick and roof on the houses stand out a little much, but me gusta. Overall the color and feel is very beautiful.
