You should draw using a reference (which is a bit hypocritical of me to say).
FFFUUUU kay. [editline]12th May 2011[/editline] damn page king. [editline]12th May 2011[/editline] Done. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14329594/guy.jpg http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14329594/hermmamfoj.jpg http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14329594/PLE%20SURVIVOR.jpg

Is there any tutorial for how to color a grayscale image?
Thanks :buddy: from last page:
Not exactly going for realism just my weird art style I've developed over the years. People are going to laugh.
It's my style :v:
Not exactly going for realism just my weird art style I've developed over the years. People are going to laugh.
Yes, they are. Don't fool yourself, you have the potential to improve a lot. Here's what could help, go to this website http://www.posemaniacs.com/ Draw a ton of these, don't focus on the detail, focus on the shape/silhouette.
I'm gonna go ahead and use your link, wewt. Thanks.
It's my style :v:
knew it.
It's my style :v:
STYYLEEEEEEEEEE*
aaaaaAAAAAAAA never blame poor anatomy on your style. Seriously don't sink to that level
Damn my art teacher said they were fine! apparently a masters make you suck.
also can we have all the useful links and tutorials listed in some post (OP maybe?) because it's not that easy to find stuff that I forgot to save :saddowns: I mean stuff like the Loomis stuff, posemaniacs, this place etc. [editline]13th May 2011[/editline]
Damn my art teacher said they were fine! apparently a masters make you suck.
his job is also to encourage you
Damn my art teacher said they were fine! apparently a masters make you suck.
Your art teacher is lying. That's not a fucking style. That's just bad drawing. You need to work on your anatomy a lot more and stop shading everything with your normal hand movement (everything bends in a half-circle).
I told him to give honest crit. He does that for his AP kids. Ah well fuck it. Back to workkkkk.
Why are you skipping over advice and instead focusing on a response that you expected anyway :raise:
mkay.
that's not an answer, wth
I told him to give honest crit. He does that for his AP kids. Ah well fuck it. Back to workkkkk.
sorry to say it but your art teacher sucks. Don't worry tho you don't need a teacher to get good at art when u have the internet. Look up tutorials and most of all draw real things so u get how they work or else you're just guessing
thanks guys
Or is it.
Or is it.
god will you stop jerking around and go draw something
sorry to say it but your art teacher sucks. Don't worry tho you don't need a teacher to get good at art when u have the internet.
Or is it.
Never mind then.
Do you even want to learn. doesn't seem like it
I've been trying my hardest :saddowns: Gonna draw now. [editline]12th May 2011[/editline] hardest is not good enough.

http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/31d88de555f45e7d3db9819a147ed9dd Just a little looping animation I made for fun, messing with motion tweens on bevels to fake light. The angle of the bevel probably isn't right, but it's not something I plan on doing anything with.
the ground being unaffected doesn't help sell it
