Okay I gave it a shot. I'm afraid its still not up to snuff.

The poses are a bit awkward, and the drawing on the right is pretty out of proportion, just keep sketching stuff up from http://www.posemaniacs.com/thirtysecond I can assure you, if you spend like 10 minutes sketching those 30 second poses a day you'll see improvement. And as for your cartoon drawings, something about the style gets to me, try experimenting with styles more. But for now focus on the anatomy stuff. (also try using quick, one line strokes instead of sketching them out, that helped me a lot.)
While I'm posting I might as well ask for some help, too.

Currently in the process of drawing a rough draft for a scene like this. Unfortunently it doesn't appear to be the way I want it.

I want the houses to be resting on a cliff over-looking the water, but no matter what I try to do I can't seem to get it right; also I realize there's many things wrong with that drawing but I'm just trying to wrap my head around drawing landscapes and perspective, so try to disregard the lack of straight lines and other shit. The last thing I need help with is making a curved path in perspective.

Maybe try at first to just draw the ball/stick figures before sketching the outline.
It helps me anyway.
Use the balls for all the relevant joints in the picture and connect it with lines, obviously,
you can see the wrong lengths really quickly. Then start giving the figure more shape by drawing basic shapes around that figure. Then draw the outline of the person.

Remarkable: Fascinating, good looking, awe inspiring, interesting.
just not so much at that angle
just not so much at that angle
At the right angle it brings ladies [sp]specifically detlef[/sp] to their knees
I love how every single time without failure when someone posts a human figure without going for realism so many people tell them to study anatomy automatically ruling out the possibility that they can draw anatomy but just got bored of it because its boring
no that's not it.
It's very easy to notice when people doesn't have a grasp of anatomy, thus they should study it to improving their stylized work.
As i was watching the Rise of the Planet of Apes trailer, 1 chimp looked in a familiar way...

I want to see this awe-inspiring angle
I just went back to the start of the last POY thread to look at that close up, and it still doesn't look like god's gift to chins

No. When people draw a human figure that is stylized without knowing how to draw them realistically (it shows very well) we call them out.
Just because a character is stylized doesn't mean it doesn't follow anatomical rules. Stylized cartoon characters are built on the realistic human body.

yeah no, every good drawing of anything human like has some anatomical accuracy, it helps people relate to it and makes it look more alive otherwise it would be boring it would lose its realistic values
[editline]3rd June 2011[/editline]
that is why I am learning Anatomy, you should too. It not only improves your drawings but you'll feel really proud of yourself when you can look at a drawing of a human and say
"those pectorals are far too profound for a female subject"
without sounding like you made that up

My goodness, you're attractive.
I drew a Krogan. I mainly focused on the face, didn't spend much time on the armour which is why that looks crappy. I'm pretty pleased with it considering I'm quite new to drawing though.

Great! Now your ball is getting reflections from the shadows and then bouncing it back on the shadows lightening it up.
MAKES NO SENSE.
Look at the drawing I posted. The reflection COMES FROM THE LIT SIDE of the floor.
Quick example that isn't fully right either because I can't draw either:

Around those lines.
Got bored and drew some random Desperado-type.

first attempt at a face, it is quite laughable C&C?
