What's the best way to go about that? I was thinking of doing a layer that has the basic colors and using the multiply option, then working the colors on that multiply layer.

You can see in those images that some irises are either a bit further away from the lower eyelid or touch it slightly, that's what I meant.

I think his mouth looks pretty unfitting, like he's pouting or something.

Phantom isn't a happy guy so the expression is more fitting then anything else I tried to slap on his face. And yeah, that's what I meant by "fucked everything up", that was the biggest gaffe.
