I saw one of these guys at the Devonshire Mall in Windsor, Ontario. Needless to say I was confused. Didn't know who he was or why he was doing it. All I knew was I could see more than I wanted.

It's how people who have terrible social skills can go around and make friends without people knowing who they are. The anonymity of the internet brought to real life.
On my schools last day for the leavers we wore costumes.
4 people came in morphsuits (they were cool)
I came as dr mcninja (wearing a balaclava)
Vice principal gave me like a 20 minute lecture because my face wasn't visible.
Vice principle later gives the award for best costume to the morph suit guys. Nobody knew who 2 of them were, even at the end of the day.
