The lockers have the classes' number/letter on them(e.g. 10 DCT).
If you're talking about specific people, then:
The bag is delivered by the auxiliary when everyone is in the lockers, and everyone goes in, searches for their stuff, and gets it. Nobody would steal anything with the owner looking. Besides, stealing from classmates is a HUGE mistake.
