Talented makeup artist. Face aesthetics is a very interesting and comprehensive subject, there's a lot of subtle under the surface differences between male and female faces caused by blood vessels.
Even with a fairly masculine face structure, if those tones change convincingly (with makeup in this case) people can easily mistake you for a woman just because of the hue and contrast differences of the skin on your face.
