We made it to fifteen! I might give it until Monday to make sure everyone gets a chance to get in on it, or if everyone wants I'll start putting in the order tomorrow.
I don't want to buy the quality ones since I want it in black and apparently black will be hard to read without tieer one spec ops night vision optics.
Guess I'll go with the cheap ones.
So how are we gonna get the patches? Is it going to be the 15 one or the 8.50?

Silly silly, you're looking at the IR one. You want GLOW+IR (same price) which is white text on black BG and glows inna dark (hence reversible to cover glowiness).

I've pretty much decided this is just to order the nice ones, as you can order the cheap ones yourself. [b]If anyone wants to order the cheaper sketchy-looking $8.50 they are more than welcome to do so on their own accord at ANY time, as no custom order is required. The group buy is for the quality patches.[/b]
As well, for shipping, tomorrow I will ask if he can ship them out to individual addresses for a group order. If not I will be mailing them out myself.

Yes, you should be able to. I'm going to check with him tomorrow and make sure that's doable (it'll suck if it isn't but I can't imagine we wouldn't be able to) before I go around asking for everyone's orders, but feel free to send me your shipping address and patch choice (color and IR or IR+GLOW) ahead of time by PM if you want.

If I hear from a majority of FPers who would like to buy but just currently can't afford them, I could probably do another order further down the road.
Otherwise I'll be initiating negociations and organizing the actual buy starting tomorrow, which probably means you'll still have enough time to get in QQnMarine. I'm not going to add you to the list yet since it's not 100%, but let me know if/when you know if you'll be getting one.

I just need a week or two to get some money because I just dropped almost $300 to help my local team (which I'm co-leading as I'm the local expert apparently) purchase a bunch of Combat Machines to arm the kids that can't afford guns or have not airsofted before. Basically we're buying loner guns. So, I just need a week or two to recoup from it and get some spending money back.
Okay, I can't put the entire order on hold for one person, but if Facepunch is cool with waiting a week to make the order we can do that.

Speaking of which, there are two options at the moment for nice patches. We can either order individually but have the text squished, or do a group buy and have the patches made larger to accommodate all five characters. I can ask him for an example of either or at the very least some dimensions.

Agree if this is fine. They said it'd dramatically increase how long it would take to prepare the order if the patches are extended, I think we should just take the compressed text.
Okay everybody check the OP, the bottom of the first post has links to order all yer shits. Just input all five characters instead of the 4 character limit and your order should go through fine.
Feel free to post if you've ordered just so I know, but at this point it's basically every man for himself.

Now comes the decision for glow in the dark vs IR. Gah I can't decide
I would go with glow in the dark (if you can't get the double sided one) since not everyone has the IR equipment to even make the IR one effective.
