Not to mention personally I think black looks better as far as identification patches go. Down the line I'd like to get both but I'm just starting with two black ones.
But more importantly, technically the glow patches are also IR, because the black part of the patch (besides the velcro and back) is IR reflective anyway.

Personally I don't like double sided, since glow is already mostly IR, and with the double sided if you ever actually need to be stealth your back side is still going to be IR reflective, when I'd rather have it entirely non-reflective. The only plus for IR only is that you get to pick a color, but I also prefer black anyway.
Oh well, i don't really know which one to get :P Too bad the glow ones doesn't come in OD, hehe.
Although, how well does a black patch fit on a OD vest?
Personally as far as looks go I think black patches look good on any color, including OD.

Nope, I'm pretty much just using my ID to mark my gear.
I would if I had money because they're awesome to have, but I need M14 mags, to finish my 'Nam loadout, buy a new upper handguard for my M14, buy a Camera Bag, and GHQ minis. Perhaps If I come across the money I will.
