Just take a more understanding approach when thinking about what makes a woman act the way she does - understand how she was brought up differently, how society interacted, encouraged her differently. Look at the facts, and don't accept simple "X is Y" explanations. Both genders are mentally the same, it's been the societal effect on them that has made them different.
