General Discussion is not the place for health threads, you should ask a professional or someone responsible whom you know in real life. Anyway, if this is true and you didn't just make it up for laughs, it's probably an infected hair follicle. Keep the area very clean and wait a couple of days and it will go away. Bursting pimples is not a good idea as it can lead to secondary infection.
