Are forums going to be set up? That'd be awesome

If anything, I'd like Facepunch to be the community that structures around my content. Forums would only be truly necessary if my content got thousands upon thousands of views a day - and probably not even then.
But would ye not agree that it's easier to set up events with fans with a forum if you had thousands of them?

Perhaps. But seeing as I have 86 subscribers and not 860,000, if any of them have something they wish to suggest to me, then it's easy for them to get in touch with me and receive a fairly instantaneous reply. I'm not sure I'll ever reach aas high as that, but even if I do I'm unsure an official MoaBG/TPS/Smooth GMod forum would be truly necessary. As it currently stands, Facepunch is the ideaal place for fans of my content to go.
I should point out to those who don't know - MoaBG is updated every day , so if you head on over each day, you're bound to find a brand new thing to read about gaming, or movies, or music, or anything! And you can comment just by leaving a name, with no registration required (you can also comment anonymously if you so choose).
Any ideas for the next vid?
From MoaBG:
"It’s with great pride that I can announce that MoaBG, yesterday, hit 10,000 views. The impressive thing is that 970 of these have come from this month alone (i.e. twelve days), and last month saw 2,300 people stop by to have a gander. Certainly seems that MoaBG is going up in the world, slowly but surely!
Tomorrow’s Pixel Show will also feature something that’s been missing from all eight preceding episodes – trailer footage! This is owing to my having found a way of downloading video footage that doesn’t take fifty billion years – we’ll just have to see if such footage becomes an integral part of the show. I’ve also probably sorted out the audio issues some people noted – again, I’ll let you guys be the judge."
Also known as KES - GOOOO. Hahahha!

Thank you - it means a lot to know that the show gets a laugh from people!
Episode 9 is here, everyone!

Nice one, this was a lot better with the sound.

Indeed. As I mention in the episode, the manufacturer of my camera thought it'd be a terrific idea to put the microphone on the back of the screen, so naturally when I was doing the older episodes I had the screen facing me to get an idea of the end product, and the microphone facing away from me.
Anyway, that should be fixed now, and everything should be much better. I'm particularly proud of the fast-paced Saints Row trailer analysis, but what did you all think of Episode 9?

Saints Row trailer analysis was the best bit.
The shorter intro is much better, but your voice could still do with being a bit louder.

Duly noted, I'll see what I can do for next time. It is an improvement though, right?

Certainly. I really enjoyed that episode too :)

Fantastic! I'm always glad when the TPS community is pleased! (Now go forth and spread the word!)
Great as always, can't wait for more!

Thank you! :D
The only fault I could see was the windows being too bright. Also I loved the Saints Row part haha

Yeah, I know :P My house is devoid of places to put up a greenscreen, or featureless walls - I'm hoping when I move up to uni next month I'll have a "set" that will be much better than before. More even lighting, a neater looking area, brighter colours.
Great going getting the guy who made the music for asdfmovies to comment and like your video!

I know! I feel quite prestigious :)
Also, for your voice, it's a good idea to just increase the volume of you being recorded before you do any other editing so that the rest is normal while you are louder. Just a tip. :)

Indeed. Sadly, my video editing suite (not the right words, really - I have to struggle with Windows Live Movie Maker to make these, so I'm amazed the comments call it professional. Must be my presenting) doesn't allow me to do that. I'm working on getting a competent editing suite.
If you want something a little more advanced but free, why not try something like Lightworks?
If you aren't too familiar with codecs and the like I wouldn't try it though, It doesn't support that many and its iffy about frame sizes.

Look around and experiment, you might find some software that you like.
I'm looking into Sony Vegas, it seems everyone who's anyone on YouTube seems to deploy it in some fashion.
I hate Vegas's layout its really messy, but other than that its a great piece of software.
It is pretty much the standard, if you don't mind the layout go ahead.
I can't imagine it's less intuitive than Live Movie Maker - having to manually enter how long I want the clips to be in seconds nearly made me give up midway through Episode 1. And as for the intro and outro...
Attention Facepunch community!
Hello!
In my latest attempt to earn more views and subscribers (and I exceptionally doubt I'd have as much as I do now without Facepunch, so thank you), I'm wondering what you'd most like me to discuss in TPS Episode 10. I'm thinking I should do another fast-paced trailer analysis, seeing as the reaction to that was so strongly positive. Thinking I ought to do it this time for the TrackMania 2 Canyon Educational trailer:

What would you like me to discuss aside from that? And do you have any other suggestions for trailers to riff on? Your support helps the show keep getting better, so voice your ideas!
One thing I noticed was that your voice was really low during the Saints Row 3 bit in episode 9.
