Alright, so I think I might be an evil genius. I figured out how to bring the price of the Architecture kits down by around half for the smaller ones and by at least $10-20 on the larger ones. If you purchase all of the parts individually and use the PDF instructions off their website, you can assemble them yourself!

I got 2 big boxes of lego: 1 Red Chest with a blue roof full with lego's, and it's one hell of a chest. 1 Golden Pirate chest with a LEGO key ring, a bit smaller then my other one. Pirate chest is full of BIONICLE and other Technic parts, Red chest is full of brickbricksbricks.
The lego train sets owned i made my own train car and connected it to the rest it didnt look too swanky but it was cool
I never got to buy it, I loved the old ones. Are there still the Remote controlled ones out there, new sets of em?
i had this
I still have mine. Lego electric trains (the ones that got their power from the track, not batteries like the current ones) were discontinued a few years ago and they are pretty sought after items.

I still have most of one, the only part that's missing (that I know of) is the controller and the cords for it. [editline]21st March 2012[/editline] Here it is: I asked for that for Christmas for years before I actually got it; I was ecstatic that morning. Unfortunately I never got much track beyond the oval it came with, so it was largely disassembled so I could use the windows in other things. I think I still have the instructions somewhere at home.
i just found this picture from ages ago, i still have the models in my room!
i was all about lego island. That shit was the tits.
Onua was here, all of the other Toa are losers.
I'm disappointed. I looked through this place and nobody has yet to mention the Creator sets, my personal favorites. Nothing beats building dragons, dinosaurs, glow in the dark angler fish, and spiders. [t]http://www.1000steine.com/brickset/images/4506-1.jpg[/t] Holy crap, I didn't even know this one existed, I'm going to have to do some serious shopping:
I've still got the scattered remains of rock raiders and Alpha Team sets somewhere in this room, but the poor lego all had to be boxed up so I could use this place as a study.
I'll post my collection later, I don't really have the time to do it right now.
I have piles of lego but I haven't played with it in years I used to get every Bionicle I could, but I stopped when the number of pieces went from hundreds to 5 [editline]22nd March 2012[/editline] Also Rock Raiders 4 lyfe
I have every single Toa / bad guy up until the water one. Used to love that stuff. Still have them too.
Man i work right near a lego store. Have to say its dangerous for me because i know ill buy all the starwars sets they have. I honestly miss building legos. Ripping open the little packets, spilling them and building it. God that was my childhood.
I bought the LEGO Maersk Ship last year. It was a pretty fun build and a great display piece. Only annoying part was there were two stickers for every single container and I think there were a good 50 or so containers. I'll leave this here. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/JoshuaACNewman/mobile-frame-zero-rapid-attack
i had this
I had this one along with quite a lot of extra tracks i bought afterwards. Aw man, i want it back now.
Pah, I prefer the original rail system, still got all the switches and other aweosme stuff it had. SIGNALS!
About half of my wardrobe is taken up by LEGO stes, such as Bionicle, Star Wars and some City sets. Such memories
Guess who found their original 6 toa? I can die happy
I lost Gali's mask a few months after getting it. I used to have a recurring dream about finding it, and I always woke up disappointed. I never found it.
A few weeks ago I spend a good 12 hours digging through my ridiculously massive (and I mean it's fucking huge) Lego collection searching for all the parts to the original Kopaka and Onua. It started because I found their masks and the instruction booklets. I actualy didn't need them since I remembered how to build them after all these years. They now stand proudly next to one another on my desk. I remember Kopaka was the first Bionicle I ever got, it was so nostalgic to see him assembled once again. Legos are the greatest thing ever. I think this weekend I'm going to try and rebuild one of the Rock-Raiders sets, they were always my favorite line. Maybe I'll play that awesome game too.

I loved the hell out of pohatu(?), the brown rock guy, and i got most of his spinoffs. Any one else have the little guys that would roll up and have jabbing attacks with their head? I forget what they were called.

I lost the parts to it, so when I rebuilt it later on it was missing its arms and legs. Those things were awesome when they came out.
So apparently someone found something new you could do with legos, check this out. link to the instructions if anyone else wants to try it out.

I was obsessed with those when I was little, they were so fucking cool.
I'll leave this here. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/JoshuaACNewman/mobile-frame-zero-rapid-attack
That raises a few interesting questions. One such question is, how much do you guys think it would cost to license and have produced "Warhammer: 40K" LEGO kits? I want a LEGO Imperial tank :v:
Requesting more badass mindstorm machines.
anyone else think a lego set line based on Tintin would be a great idea?
I wish there were more "huge tubs of random assorted lego" instead of sets based off of Star Wars, Movie of the year, etc
