I've still got the scattered remains of rock raiders and Alpha Team sets somewhere in this room, but the poor lego all had to be boxed up so I could use this place as a study.
Rock radiers team go!
I used to love watching the menu for the game because different things would play out
I think they should resurrect the old pirates theme again, how could it not sell really well
I think they should resurrect the old pirates theme again, how could it not sell really well
If I recall correctly, Lego has the rights to make Pirates of the Caribbean sets, so they likely don't see the need for a first party Pirates theme just yet.
In other news, was I the only one who really liked Exo-Force? That was a pretty cool theme.
There's too much backstory on Pirates of the Caribbean to be imaginative with it, that was the charm of the old ones with Captain Redbeard and such. Also Captain Redbeard is fucking awesome and deserves a return
They should like hold a contest on what old theme should return.
And the top 5 will get a rerelease.
lego show coming to manchester, will anyone be going?

If any of you like tabletop games like Warhammer 40k and the like, i recommend going here: http://www.brikwars.com/forums/index.php
A lot of the people there are spergs and wannabe trolls but it's a cool place if you intend to go there just to post creations and maybe have a forum brikwar or two. But never get "in" with the people there. I used to have an account there but i got too fed up with them. A few things to know:
It's Brikwars, not brickwars.
Expect idiots, or "dimmies", as they call them.
Never go into any subforum not involving legos or brikwars.

This would be hell to get the small bricks off of eachother.

That's why teeth were made!
And, uhh, why my dental bills are so high.
In all honesty, just buying one of those MC sets would be neat, jusr to stand and look tidy on your desk.
I used to keep my right thumb's nail quite long and sharp just for situations like that :v:
Man I remember that shit, teeth were no solution for me, as I don't want to break my LEGO by putting ugly bitemarks on it, so m uch tiem spent trying to get that stuff apart.

I have a miniature crowbar for exactly this reason
Do you guys think you can help me? I have been looking for this special lego pack
for a while no and havent found it.
It was an alien guy (about the size of a legoman, but not the same model) who could be
placed within the head of a larger robot. The alien itself was green-blue and i think it was part of a set were the aliens were the bad guys and humans were the good ones...
If you could help me find a picture of this, i would be very grateful.
Was it one of these two?

Life on Mars was boss.
Still Island was a fucking GTA for kids.

The god damn nostalgia is gonna make me cry.
I used to have the entire LoM collection, except the main Martian base, which I could never lay my hands on
I so miss playing with my Lego collection. I had a ton of sets and constantly built custom things. I remember one time I made a huge submarine with all kinds of neat features; then I grew up and other things took up my time. Sometimes I wish I could go back to those nice Saturday afternoons where I was sitting in the center of my bedroom floor surrounded by piles of Lego bricks. I can't wait to have a son, I want to ensure his childhood is just as good--if not better than mine.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT I HAVE THOSE SOMEWHERE!
I miss the fucking Rock Raiders - Power Miners just don't cut the crystal.
Is there any place (Retail or not) where you can order massive amounts of Lego Technic/Bionicle bricks?
