Yes, it has first to prove if it is really that dangerous or not. But as long as we don't know for sure,
it's better to treat it like it is dangerous. We know that it is from the same family as the spanish
flu and we know what happened there, so we can estimate what could happen.

Watched a news report about this earlier today and I loved the way they tried to get the public not to panic (UK by the way):
They said that the chance of catching it is very slim and the symptoms are:
1) Sore throat
2) Cough
3) Fever
4) Tiredness
and if anyone had those symptoms to call NHS Direct
I am a bloody student, I have at least 2 of those symptoms constantly. I can't call NHS Direct every time I don't get enough sleep or get a hangover...

Perhaps the tiredness I can understand but always coughing or with a sore throat is excessive.

Basically your immune system normally gets destroyed by bird and pig flu, but cannabidinoids are natural immune system regulators and can help balance it out, effectively keeping you from dieing, and reducing the symptoms to that of a cold.

Look at it this way, what company is saying it can cure Swine Flu? An up-and-coming Cannabis Pharmaceutical company. How better to sell your products and raise your company than to sell a product and claim it cures the problem at hand?

I was just addressing the daily barrage of claims that Marijuana can cure any disease and disorder known to man, while also being among the hardiest, strongest, most nutritious plants in known existance.

Yeah it sounds a little too convenient, but depending what this part means "The Company has offered to produce up to 1 million doses of its whole-cannabis lozenge, and provide them to HSA for [b]distribution at cost.[/b]"
If that means for the cost of production, ie nonprofit, then perfect. Better than a drug company pushing harmful drugs on us (alcohol, tobacco, anti depressants)
