The people in Mexico die because they don't have the money for tamiflu, the guy in america died because there were other complications that added to it. WHO's pandemic rating system is somewhat flawed. And their chief isn't very smart when it comes to panic control...
I mean, I figure that we'll be seeing a pandemic, but not any time soon. Maybe during winter, but by then we should have a means of fighting it, either a vaccine in the works or otherwise.
