Ever since a few days I haven't heard any thing on the media,has it gotten that out of control? Also you say that there's potential danger if your immune system is high(it will try,so hard to defeat the virus,that some of your internal organs may fail,or something like that), I had a different ,normal cold a few weeks a go,and my immune system is low,does that mean I'm out of danger!?

Over 1,000 new cases of Swine Flu in 24 hours. Worldwide it is now something like 7,520 with a new death in Texas.

You know what sucks? I went downtown for most of the day today, and since then (about 12 hours) I've had trouble swallowing (It comes and goes). BUT I smoke a lot, so I have no idea wether to be concerned or not. DAMN YOU NICOTINE! YOU WIN AGAIN!

Every addiction is a stupid addiction, but when you say "Stop smoking and you'll see" I can see that you've never felt addiciton to something like that. Addiction isn't just "OHAY! I'm gonna keep doing this cause it feels good, and I could stop any time, but BAH I wont!!! haha!" It takes hold over a long period of time and you usually can't catch it until your already really addicted.. well.. with cigarettes anyways. It always starts with just one. BBC (my only trusted source for news) has kept silent about it latley, it hasn't even been on the front page of their Health section on their site, but I was shocked to find out that 6 people have died in America, but I have now resolved to not let it worry me anymore. Also, who the hell brought this thread back from the brink of destruction? Hey guys, I actually have Swine Flu. It's not as bad as they make it out to be and it's not going to kill me. Basically I go to a public school 5 days out of the week, I got sick on Friday and I've had a 101 Fever since, I'm congested, I'm coughing, I've got a runny noise, chills, extremely dry, sore, scratchy throat, I'm achy and just all the other crap that I've had. Also I haven't slept because if I lay down I start to cough violently and choke/gag on my flem. I've also been drinking water all night since my throat hurts so badly, but I can't keep it up since I keep having to use the bathroom every 20 minutes and my stomach is bloated from all the water. I also haven't eaten since yesterday. But all together it could be worse, I could have Ebola or something. Swine Flu's shit is weak.

Weak? lol. Sounds like hell, but I haven't been through much sick-wise in my time, so I can't say anything.

I just a bad case of Flu. Now, if it made me Vomit or something, then it'd be different. But I can handle being achy, coughing alot and a sore throat.

Yeah, that's nothing.

It's not like I'm talking a walk through the park either, it's a bitch but you know. Not as bad as I thought it would be.
