South Africa (in the Durban area specifically) is amazing. Cheap as hell and since it is currently spring there is is only gonna get hotter. Really cheap place too and SA has a service culture like you won't believe. It's like 1950's USA. Also everyone speaks English anyway so no language barrier at all. Crime is high but if you aren't stupid you'll be fine. Just avoid Joburg CBD unless you enjoy rape.

I'm still recommending California. Especially down near San Diego. There's tons to do. Hell even make a road trip out of seeing the California coast. Start from San Diego, go to Los Angeles, and up into San Fransisco.

Each city offers something new and spectacular to see/do. Plus it's far away from home. If you're looking for resorts, there are a fuck ton.

Puerto Rico is an amazing place to visit. Isle Verde especially, and there are lots of nice isolated beaches where hardly anyone goes, the water is blue and warm, and the beaches are pure sand. What more could you ask for?

Cancun should be warm enough for your liking.

Currently it's a pretty hot 32°C (90°F) and partly cloudy. Just check the Weather Forecasts before you go, and pick a time when it doesn't look like any big clouds are moving in.

If you would like to avoid kids however, try and find an Adult-Excluse all-inclusive resort. Their packages are usually relatively inexpensive, and include a lot of awesome things to do (ATVing through Mountains, Zip Lines, Parasailing, Scuba Diving, etc)
