She called me lazy, said I never did anything to help around the house and that all I do is be on my phone.
I also complained about my Internet, as I was trying to use it for my work but it wasn't working very well.
She flew off the handles, grabbed the lamp, dragging the other cords that were in the same power board which made one of the home phones land on the floor and then she hit me with it. She also turned my xbox off calmly after this though. My brother was playing it. He was there and played Halo 3 through the whole thing.

I've been hit by my parents plenty of times but only once to cause serious pain. My dad was suprised after he punched me in the mouth that I retaliated and broke his nose. We beat the shit out each other for a good twenty minutes with my mom bawling her eyes out in the backround until we finally got tired, helped each other up and after being bitched out by my mom things went back to normal, besides being bruised and battered. Things are suddenly a lot more lax around the house now, too. Normally communication only got done by angrily yelling at each other.
