They are called PCSO's. Police Community Support Officer. They drive around in a fake police car that only has markings, no lights or sirens. All the kids know the local support officers, they go into the schools and do chats, walk around town looking to see what everyone's up to. They have no power, can't touch you or anything, all they can do is call for backup. Once, me and some mates were stopped by two. My mate had a bag on with half an O in it (fucking risky and sketchy... I know), and a lot of drink. She asked if there was anything in the bag, she knew there was drink. We opened the bag and given it to her, because otherwise they'd call the cops and they'd search the whole bag. We then shown her the "empty" bag, and let us leave... She didn't check the two other compartments with the rest of the drink and the weed in though :smug:
