Isn't everyone's neighborhood?
Mine is filled with kids who buy springers, then use them to rob stores. Yeah. Good part of town. Really helping the sports reputation too!
King Arms mags, yay or nay?
I have heard nay.
King Arms mags, yay or nay?
Their M4 20 round mags suck. Don't use them.
Ok, this is what I've been considering, I need to find some mags for it. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_83&products_id=6801
I swear by CA's Armalites. I hear horror stories about ICS.
CA's are awesome but I've heard that ICS is pretty good now?
CA's are awesome but I've heard that ICS is pretty good now?
I don't know, I said I hear horror stories, not that I've had horror stories.
Well, I could get a CA, but I've heard good and bad about it. So I'm scared.

Luckkkkyyyy! I wanted one but they're sold out. I was considering this one instead: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_91&products_id=5291
Well, I could get a CA, but I've heard good and bad about it. So I'm scared.
The old CA's were shit, the new ones are great though as far as I know. You're probably hearing a mix of old and new reviews.
I think so also. And Ender has nothing but good to say about the 6, I think, CA's he's owned. So, should I go for it?
Yes.
The only thing that scared me was the amount of shops that have stopped carrying them due returns.
I'm not into airsoft, so you can rate me as many dumbs as you want so long as you answer my question So you guys spend hundreds, sometimes even thousands of dollars on real and repro gear so that you can roleplay as soldiers with pellet guns? I don't mean this in a negative way or anything, but this seems slightly absurd. Would anyone bother explaining Again, I do not intend to be rude or anything, and I do not mean to disrespect anyone or their hobbies

It's not roleplaying, it's just fun and better than paintball (subjective). It is similar to paintball though, just different guns, different ammo, and different clothing. Why do people spend thousands on paintball?

It helps add to the immersion though if people look realistic and not everyone gets American crap.
My brother and half my friends have spent just as much on video games, and at least Airsoft gives you physical activity rather than physical deterioration.

It fuels adrenaline, gets you in shape, relieves stress, etc.. Better than spending money on cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs. We play because it's fun, it's something to do, and it gets us out. We meet new people, we use teamwork, it's a form of social interaction, and it permits the use of your mind (strategy). Sure it may cost a lot, but what fun hobby doesn't? I say try it out for yourself. See if you have a local field around, see if you can rent and gun, and see what you think. You may like it.

I guess they called it a Wolverine in tribute to Red Dawn even though the ones in the movie where dressed up Matti 7.62's. Either way, a DBoy's AK would serve you better unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY like the looks of it.
