Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm the only guy here who owns an Interceptor with zero pouches attached. The only thing I've had strapped to it was a Level II Hydration Carrier. Oh, an a Stewie patch that would sit in one of the MOLLE web straps. I go for the comedic factor when I play airsoft (if you haven't noticed).

Why would you even bother wearing it without the pouches? Isnt that the point of restricting yourself with a vest in the first place?
I don't wear the vest at every game really. The main reason I wore it in the first place was for hydration. That and I carried CO2 carts, goggles and other little trinkets in it.
Yeah, it seems to defeat the entire purpose of having one in the first place.
[editline]asd[/editline]
Wait, how are you carrying all the 'little trinkets' without pouches?
:psyduck:
A Level II carrier has an upper and lower pouch installed.

Ah, I see. I need to get me a hydration pack in CB, maybe I should get one with pouches like that one.
I'd do it. Plenty of space in the two pouches.
Sounds easier just to ditch the interceptor and stick with the hydration carrier. At least you won't exhaust yourself in it and require more water to drink.
Well here's the problem with that. The model carrier I have, doesn't have those straps. It's MOLLE oriented. Same company and same model, just without that feature.
Then get a lighter carrier? Let me pick one out for you...

There, now get it.
The plate carrier I have no problem with. It's big and a bit bulky, but I can still work with it.
All I'd be doing is buying another vest I wouldn't get around to buying the pouches for. lol
SELL THE DAMN INTERCEPTOR AND BUY SOMETHING MORE SUITABLE FOR YOU!
Not hard.
I bought the Interceptor because it's the one I wanted most, and it suits me perfectly fine. I'll buy the pouches when I need them and have the money. Right now, pouches for my one hi-cap magazine I own, isn't a priority.
I find an expensive vest that has all this MOLLE real-estate being used for just a hydration carrier painful. Very painful.
You don't think I feel the same way? And I actually got the vest for $60 off Amazon (new) and the carrier for $30 (also new). So I saved money in reality. Like I said, when the funds come in, I'll start getting pouches. Though I am getting sick of ACU. My ALICE pack, plate carrier, hydration pack, head wrap, hell, I even have an ACU pillow.
I need a new camo scheme.

Oh, also, on a side note. Does anyone live around the Atlanta area?
I think there's an Air Show today, Jets keep flying like five feet above my house, the joys of living near Oceana. This makes it really hard to do AP US Notes.
I still don't understand the point of MOLLE without pouches. I've got a CIRAS, and I'm starting to run out of room for stuff :p
You can use it for protection I guess. But if you use it for protection I get to make fun of you because I'm a little girl and I don't mind airsoft bbs on bare skin.
I have a scar on my leg from an airsoft BB. I don't mind the pain.

One of my friends has an Interceptor and all he has on it is one triple mag pouch and a bunch of random patches. How does that make you feel?
The only reason I could ever see people to buy a MOLLE vest is if they have a sidearm. Of course, the hypocrite that I am...
I've seen virtually no prefixed vests that had any pistol mag pouches to speak of, besides the crossdraw (*shudder*). It's also is nice to be able to choose the amount of mag pouches.
