I don't even know if I want it anymore. It's like when there is a really good looking woman that you'd like to take out on a date but all she does is give you the cold shoulder and after a few months she ain't so hot.
Unrelated story time! I met a girl about a year ago. She was really nice and pretty to boot. We had been talking a lot and I was almost sure I had her. She asked me out on a date and I declined. I don't know why, and to this day I wish I had never declined that date. I know she still wants me because she hasn't even talked to another boy since then. There is just something telling me that I just want to stay friends with her. Remembering this never fails to bring tears to my eyes.
Ugh, just wasted the last 2 hours making a Frankenstein gun for my friend. He got TM M4 with nice internals but shitty externals, broken receiver tabs on the upper receiver being the major problem. He also wanted to install this 10" JG outer barrel I had.
So first we try replacing the upper receiver with an old CA 2 pin design upper receiver. It managed to fit, with a little rotation wobble but no up/down/left/right wobble. It left a nasty gap between the upper and lower though. We attach the JG barrel, but realized the wires won't fit between the barrel and receiver. The idiots who designed the barrel didn't make that flat cut on the bottom of the barrel for front wired M4's. So after an hour of using a dremel we barely got it to fit.
Delta ring was being a bitch to line up without cross threading. Then we had to adjust it just right so the handguards were straight. Then my friend tells me we didnt put the inner barrel in...... fuck.... Waste more time taking it apart and putting it back.
We finally got it put together and I can't believe I'm saying this but it shot. This is despite using a CA upper with a TM lower and a TM 2 piece hop-up chamber. I mean this gun is so fucked up, yet it still feeds. Why the hell can't I do that with my G36?
Art of the Tactical Carbine.
I wouldn't call this one a work of art, more like a scrapheap.
I was expecting CodeMonkey to do that sooner or later.
I expect to be making an appearance at First and Only's Manchester Woodland site this weekend - if any of you UK fags are there I'll be sure to shoot you with one of the G36Cs because my rifle is still in the can

wow that looks pretty cool.
It looks ridiculous. What is it? Camo for lego Land?
They'd only blend in at the lego star wars planet :v:

Its an experimental urban camo. Its meant to blend in amongst bricks, concrete and the like. It actually does reeeeeally well among cinder block MOUT facilities.
Dont diss it till you try it.

I think I've seen that camo some... wait a minute thats the camo the Ghosts from Ghost Reacon Future Soldier wear!
Smokin' Jesus cinnamon titty!
Hey guys, so I finished all my upgrades and my gun shoots crazy ass straight now but I have an issue. After I did all my test firing and re-zeroing my motor was mildly hot. I'm not sure why because everything was put back as it was. I removed the motor adjustment thing (the pin at the bottom of the pistol grip) and I'm gonna go back and try again later and see if it still gets hot.

I just tested it again and it still gets hot. Any suggestions? Is it too tight?

Looks pretty sweet if you ask me.
Looks pretty cool.
I was wondering what it was at first but then I twigged on that its a fan fiction film. Looks sweet though.
Just re-stained the wood on my Dboy's AK-74. Turns out the wood used on the gun was actually Oak and not plywood as well. They had just basically painted over it with that shitty orange color that came with the gun. I'll get before and after pictures up once it dries and I reassemble it.
Oh wow this thread is almost done isn't it.
Yeah I just realized that too. Who ever kills it should make the new one.
