I wouldn't say it's a radical change in artwork. Looks like they worked upon what they did with Kid A and In Rainbows.
that artwork was a lot more simple. this new artwork is very garish (in a good way)

depends on the venue
I'd guess so.
most crowds in concerts around here there's no security around that won't leave their post unless some real shit starts to go down (basically the people at the front guarding the stage).
once at a venue called shoreline we were on the grass listening to yeah yeah yeahs and we were passing a joint and three big black dudes come up and stand in a line behind me with intimidating posture. i didn't even see them but my friend told me all about it. but that was on the grass. every crowd i've been in theres so much shit going on, people fucking discreetly sometimes, doing all different kinds of drugs and a bunch of other shit, most of the time right in front of the stage security, lol people smoking some kind of rock in a crack pipe right in front of them.
I'm def getting tickets for the part closest to the stage. and picking a venue like the fox or something where the standing seats are right next to the stage. i'm gonna camp for 3 hours if i have to to get a spot real close to the stage.

It isn't like Radiohead fans are a single entity with one opinion.
But more than likely, no one will appreciate you smelling awful when peiple are enjoying their concert.
OP needs an update, also: (most likely late.)
New Radiohead song from their new upcomming "From the Basement" session.

I like it, Colin playes a fantastic bassline as always.

Awesome.
And so the king keeps sprouting new limbs.
I never taught I could both love and hate a song at the same time, bassline is catchy, but the song feels repetitive. I guess it requires few more listens, to set in, like all the other new songs.
Also, Ed seems to be really sad, probably because there are no prominent guitar parts in the song.
Am I the only one who dislikes Thom's new haircut?
Thom's hair can do no wrong. Did anyone else get the Newspaper Album?
Radiohead will start recording its next album this fall, according to bassist Colin Greenwood. In an interview with South Africa's Mail and Guardian earlier this month, Greenwood said that the band plans to regroup in September to begin work on the follow-up to 2011's The King of Limbs. He backed up the statements today in another interview with BBC-Radio 6, saying, "We’re taking some time out whilst people are doing some other stuff, doing their own things, and the plan is to get back together again [at the] end of the summer."

Also, Thom and Nigel did an AMA on reddit for the release of Amok.

So, Thom stated that one of the two songs they recorded at Jack White's studio was "Identikit", and that we will definitely hear from "The Present Tense" again.
While The King of Limbs was good, I hope LP9 will be a bit longer.
