can't wait til they use highschool of the dead or super sonico to advertise their cars
Pretty sure if anyone used High School of The Dead as an ad it'd be like Smith & Wesson or some shit like that for their guns.
I could totally hear that racist, deep, hard voice pronounce "SMITH AND WEESOU" at the end.

I came here to laugh, I did not.
I don't think an obsessed anime fan is capable of choosing the right kind of car

One is super obnoxious ultra stereotypical semiracist objectivized cliches with ultra fetishy/simplified art with screechy high pitched voices, the other is animation from japan

They're funny enough massively overpriced by Initial D fans followed closely by actual drifters.
If you can deal with a car that's prone to oversteering in a heartbeat, then the old Toyota MR2 is a good alternative if you just want a old and fun to drive car with sharp edges and flip-up headlights.
The rear seats in a AE86 ain't that comfortable anyway so you wont miss them very much.
the generation that watched a lot of dragon ball is now the age of buying new cars ( well, economy says otherwise for most, but yeah ) so appealing to our age demographic is a pretty smart move

my first car was an AE86 coupe, definitely overpriced because of drift and initial d tax but still really fun with proper suspension and wheels/tires etc. the drift scene in the u.s. is fading away from the 86 more recently in favor of the 240sx's, of course. moreso than before.
