1990 Toyota Corolla, immaculate condition (Everything works, not a single bit of rust (Hoisted it up in the shop and checked out undercarraige, no rust, even the exhaust is good), interior is immaculate, isn't even very faded), has been thoroughly maintained by a mechanic and has only 168xxx KM on it. Only $500. Good deal, no?

Can't go wrong with a Toyota as a first car.
My sister had a Carina II as her first car.
It was owned by an old lady who didn't know that engines needed new oil sometimes so it kinda died quickly

Not a first car. My first car is my 1990 Mazda 323. It's currently up for sale and is looking to sell for $400-$500 soon, so I'm basically upgrading to the Corolla for free.
Cause my Mazda has a loose timing belt and the CV joints click, meanwhile this corolla is in mint condition, runs great (Shocks and everything have been replaced), rust-free, interior is great and it has CUP HOLDERS!
(I have crappy glue-on cupholders in my mazda)
Similar conditions online here on craigslist and stuff are around $2500-$3500 lol. Some of the crappier corollas are up for $1500. :O
